John Clark - Chairman
Founded European Exhaust & Catalyst Ltd (EEC) in October 1997, having identified a niche market in aftermarket catalytic converters. John has over 40 years of experience in the automotive exhaust business and has retained his entrepreneurial eye throughout. Travel, golf, wine and food have been lifelong interests for John but have always come second best to developing his business interests.

Paul Clark - Managing Director
Having spent over 13 successful years in the IT Industry, Paul joined as Director of Operations in 2002 to oversee the company’s strategic requirements. Paul became Managing Director in December 2007 after several years of sustained growth in turnover and staff. A keen golfer and IT enthusiast, Paul enjoys travelling and spending time with his young family.

Tina Fitzgerald - Director of Operations
Tina joined EEC back in 2002 as Office Manager and her attention to detail is stuff of legends - gained from years of experience in banking management. Promoted to Director of Operations in March 2008 in recognition of her hard work and sound business acumen, Tina oversees the day to day operations of the business, administration and Personnel issues. Tina is an avid Portsmouth Football fan and has a mad Springer spaniel called Ollie.

Tim James - Director of Manufacturing
Tim has 23 years experience in exhaust/catalyst manufacturing and following a short spell away from EEC, rejoined the team in 2003. Responsible for manufacturing, warehousing and distribution at our Denmead and Hilton sites. Tim has a love of music, angling and DIY and is Chairman of the Rolleston Commemorative Club and is actively involved in his local community.

Duncan Richards - Director of Sales
Duncan has many years experience in both sales and operations within the automotive industry at both distributor and manufacturing levels. Since joining EEC in 2002, Duncan is responsible for maintaining and developing UK key accounts and National accounts, developing long term relationships as well as looking to new markets as product ranges expand oversees and develops the export business to our global markets. In his spare time, Duncan enjoys mountain biking, good food and wine, his house in France and naturally the socialising side of the business.

Jim Slade - Director of Product Development
Jim commenced his career with EEC in manufacturing and quickly demonstrated an eye for detail and quality. Solid product knowledge and first-hand experience of all equipment has allowed Jim to move up into his current role. He now oversees EEC’s Type Approval development program and identifies new markets for catalyst products. Jim is a keen musician and plays for high profile brass and rock groups.

Andy Wilding - Financial Controller
Andy joined EEC in October 2005 with many years experience in Financial, Company Secretarial and Director roles in a broad spectrum of industry. Andy is responsible for the Financial Management of group affairs. Qualified and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants (FCMA) Andy enjoys reading fiction, predominantly action thrillers, other interests are enjoying country walks and a good glass of wine. He is also a Qualified Personal Trainer and ABA Boxing Tutor training clients, in his spare time, for events as The Great South Run and White Collar Boxing.
