EEC Lambda Sensors

To complement our range of Catalytic Converters, EEC supplies a comprehensive range of ‘Click Fit’ lambda sensors.

The most popular products from our lambda sensor range can be purchased as part of a cost effective lambda pack which covers over 1950 vehicle applications.

Lambda Sensors are fitted before the catalytic converter in the exhaust system on a vehicle. They test the exhaust gasses on entering the catalyst and send the results back to the engine management system where adjustments to fuelling may be made.

Faulty, damaged or worn Lambda Sensors lead to signalling errors and can result in major damage to the catalytic converter.

EEC recommends that Lambda Sensors are replaced when new catalytic converters are fitted to prevent costly damage to the new catalyst.
